We invite you to contact us by phone or email at any time with any questions. For the consideration of our clients, our phones are silenced during appointments. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please leave a message so that we can call you back at our earliest opportunity.
In these uncertain times we can provide some services through virtual appointments. Please contact us and we can discuss whether this would be a good option for your pets specific needs.
Phone calls after 8pm and emails after 4pm may not be answered until the following day.
Our desire is to be able to come to you right away to help your pet but there may be times that is not possible due to other commitments. We try to be available as much as possible but are a small practice servicing a large area and may not be immediately available to help your pet.
IMPORTANT: We do our best to respond to calls or appointment requests as soon as possible and to schedule a visit within 24-48 hours of initial contact. If you think your pet is in severe pain or actively passing and you cannot reach us, please call your veterinarian or an emergency clinic if your veterinarian is not open. The Veterinary Medical Center of CNY in East Syracuse is able to provide round the clock in-clinic euthanasia services (but may currently have some limitations due to the current COVID-19 regulations). Please call (315) 446-7933 if you are unable to reach us in a timely manner.
