We are available by phone daily from 8am - 8pm, including weekends and holidays, to help you navigate end of life decisions for your beloved pet. If we do not answer during these hours we are likely on the line with another family so please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Messages left after 8pm will be followed up the following morning after 8am. We currently have been able to schedule in-home visits within 24 to 72 hours. If same day visit is requested and we are able to accomodate the request, a $25 same day visit charge applies. (Please note that we cannot guarantee a same day visit.) Our Comfort Center hours are variable depending on staffing availability and are by APPOINTMENT ONLY so please call ahead of time to make arrangements there.

COVID-19 Updated Protocols

We still truly feel that it is best for your pet to have their end of life care in home and also keep your family home and safe as well. If our providers have any clinical signs of illness we take a rapid test prior to coming to the home that day. Please let us know if anyone in the house has any respiratory or cold signs or if they have been diagnosed with or exposed to Covid-19. We request that anyone with signs of illness also have a negative rapid test that day as well. Our providers are all vaccinated and will be wearing masks during the entire visit. We are still recommending families to wear masks at this time but not requiring them unless anyone has any signs of illness. Please feel free to discuss any concerns you have with us prior to arriving or at the time of the visit and please let us know if after our visit someone in your family is diagnosed with Covid-19.
